Hundreds of maple producers from the U.S. and Canada will gather in Sturbridge, Mass., October 25-28, 2023 for the industry’s longest-running annual conference. The event has been held every year for decades, and attracts sugar makers of all sizes, along with researchers, regulators and professionals from related industries for four days of research presentations, practical skills workshops, meetings, tours, antique displays and networking.
