2026 NYS January Maple Conference

The Catskill Maple Producers Association (CMPA) proudly announces that SUNY Cobleskill will serve as host site of the 2026 NYS January Maple Conference.

This year’s conference theme -- “Back to the Basics Where It All Began” -- will focus on discussions and demonstrations led by maple producers and a variety of highly qualified, interesting and knowledgeable maple producers as well as industry presenters.

In addition to the workshops, the conference will feature a trade show of the latest supplies and equipment conducted by maple vendors from across North America.
